Kemmy Raji

Kemmy has been embracing agile principles and practices for over ten years. She has experience working in various sectors including but not limited to financial institutions and utility companies. Her vast knowledge has been put into coaching teams who work on large-scale product delivery projects.

She began working within an agile team in 2010 and has never looked back. In the time since, Kemmy has worked with teams as a scrum master, agile project manager, and agile coach at different organizations.

More recently, Kemmy has found a great team of fellow coaches in agile42. Like the rest of the agile42 team, Kemmy draws on her rich background to help organizations find their best path in creating great technical solutions for challenging business problems by finding the agile practices that work for them, whether that is Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

Kemmy is passionate about agile and incorporates an agile mindset in the home-front. She uses the Kanban board to organize her family events and chores and also to manage her personal development.

She is also visible within the agile community. Volunteering her time and knowledge to the growth of agile. For instance, she is a co-organiser of the first ever Regional Scrum Gathering, Canada and the founder of an agile meetup group in Mississauga.
