How do we know we’re succeeding? How do we know that our coaching is moving us in the right direction? Like any work, we can measure the impact of our coaching and the changes we make.
On the other hand, coaching to metrics can cause a plethora of dysfunctions in both the team and leadership in the organization, leading to decreased effectiveness, limited transparency, and stymied growth – the exact opposite of what we’re trying to accomplish with coaching.
In this session, we will unpack real metrics and measurements from real teams. We’ll discuss how to use those metrics to reflect trends back at the team that helps them find their own paths to improvement. We’ll explore other measurements we could be used with the team, and we’ll create coaching plans with the coaching structures we learned in previous sessions.
Attendees will leave this session with common measurements for their teams and practice using them for team improvement and company success.
